Joseph Toth is the original owner of Daleth Homes has been operating Daleth Homes since 1979. Joseph is the actual licence holder and takes complete control of the home builder process, from sales to handover.

Some of the Daleth Homes differences are that we custom design to your specifications and requirements and will build with concrete slabs between floors and in double brick.

Joseph Toth has continuously been showcasing homes at Home World since its inception of Home World 1 thru to Home World 5 each lasting 5-6 years. This is a true testament to the longevity of Daleth Homes.

Step 1: Free site inspection

Step 2: A provisional tender will be provided

Step 3: A contour survey will be obtained

Step 4: We start designing your new home with you

Step 5: Once design is finalised we submit for all building approval

Step 6: A HIA contract will be prepared

Step 7: We begin building your new home within 21 days

Step 8: Once completed, handover will take place
